What has always impressed me about Cornerstone Community Bank is the speed with which they’re able to respond, even to requests that are a bit out of the ordinary. There have been many times where I needed to solidify a loan or a banking transition and Cornerstone Community Bank has gotten it done within 48 hours after the initial request.

They take the time to get to know you, so when you come in with an urgent request, they understand just how important it is to you and they find a way to get you what you need. With a lot of banks, you need to conform to their schedule and if for any reason you can’t, that’s too bad. At Cornerstone Community Bank, it’s different. Their focus isn’t on their time table—it’s on you. It’s like that all throughout the organization from the tellers to the president. At a lot of banks you’ll find one person who really cares, but as you go further and further up the line to try and get things done, it becomes much more impersonal. No matter who I’m talking to at Cornerstone Community Bank, I know I’m their top priority at that moment.
